He Cares for You

God’s word is an anchor in the storms of life. When troubles come for a Christian the Bible is always a comforting source to encourage us in our faith. Christians have a living relationship daily with God through Jesus Christ, and we can go in prayer.

Hebrews 4:16 says: “Therefore, let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”

Phillippians 4:6-7 “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.  And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”  He cares for you.

Jesus has told us in Matthew 6:25-26 “For this reason I say to you, do not be worry about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?  Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they? “

There is abundant comfort in God’s promises. When Christians patiently endure through their trials, God gives strength to the believer in the midst of them.  Psalms 55:22 says: “Cast your burden upon the LORD, and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken.”

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart

And do not lean on your own understanding,

In all your ways acknowledge Him,

 And He will make your paths straight.

Do not be wise in your own eyes;

Fear the LORD and turn away from evil. “

Proverbs 3:5-7
